Message	him. We agreed on a price. I payed via paypal. And then a few days later he refunded my money because he said they were damaged from being dropped. "I refunded the payment, did you get the refund notice? as i was walking down my stairs, i dropped them on the steps wich were concrete, and ruined the teeth, and i didnt want to rip you off....sorry i thought i sent you this mesage in payapal....make sure u got the refund tho."
